I'm excited to be among a generation that’s redefining foodservice. Inspired by my Instagram account,
Quel’s Corner focuses on the latest trends, designs and happenings in the industry. I have a passion for
food and networking, as exemplified by my leadership roles in for the Society for Hospitality and
Foodservice Management.
I'm proud to be the third generation of my family to work in managed foodservice. At elite | studio e, a foodservice project solutions firm, I'm the Vice President of Client Relations and Project Operations, and enjoy working alongside my Dad, brother and cousins.

Marcy’s passions for branding and innovative thinking shows in every project at
elite|studio e, where she is the Director of Marketing. Bringing more than a decade of experience to the table, Marcy collaborates with her colleagues on brand infusion, concept creation, logo design and signage placement.
With his culinary and operations background, Garin brings firsthand knowledge working in kitchens to the spaces the elite|studio e team designs and builds. In addition, he has nearly 20 years of experience and education in construction and project management, a skill necessary to be Project Director.
From conceptual design to finished product, Chad is experienced in all areas of foodservice. Currently, Vice President of Project Solutions at elite|studio e, Chad provides vision and guidance on each project in his portfolio.
With a strong background in writing, Theresa brings several years of experience to her role as Marketing & Consulting Coordinator. Her creative training allows her to view projects from many different angles to envision the best outcome.
